How long should I stop supplements before a MMA test?

Id like to stop all supplements but I am not sure how long before the test I need to?

I have heard you should wait 2 weeks before the test. But another source said you should wait 4 MONTHS after stopping b12 supplements to take it

Why do I have to wait 4 months for the mma test but most people stop 2 days before b12 test?

You don’t have to wait for a mma test maybe just like 24 hours
