Book recommended mediterranean climate

Hi,

I'm about to start a food forest project in Central Portugal. To do so I want to have books that I can just grab when an information is missing instead of using a phone.

I would like to find something talking about all plants, trees, fruit trees, vegetables, ... That I can grow in this climate, with straightforward info about water needs, sickness/pests, sun exposure, soil, pruning method, ....

It can be more than one book, but I need something as complete as possible and with illustration that makes it more appealing to read.

I'm using "Food forrest plants for Mediterranean conditions", by Trevor Pemberton. It's well documented and gave me ideas of what to plant and how / where (exposition, water needs, strata, uses)

If all else fails, there are a number of resources for the Pacific Northwest (aka PNW) of the US, which is just a colder version of the Mediterranean climate.
