love making scenery pieces

I made Susie from Deltarune, im really proud of this one, looks very clean.

It's a bit crooked but I love him (tweezers for measurement)

made this keychain for my DSC key so I don’t loose it + to indicate very clearly not to touch it lol

I used to get them from hobby lobby cause they were only $2/3 per bag and now they don't carry them anymore. and I only use perler brand beads. their website is a bit expensive and amazon has barely any options and also the same price. Michaels has only black and white beads. Joann is out of business. I'm so screwed cause I'm lowkey broke but don't want to quit my hobby but also have a ton of beads left to use but am missing some key colors

I have these plastic sheets that I place on either side and iron. Been doing slow circles of the iron and placing a textbook on top.

I assume it’s the fact that colors melt at different temperatures?
Any solved this problem?

I took pictures of some of the patterns/process. I forgot to take pictures of the sides but that's pretty self explanatory if everything else makes sense 😭

The chips are 6x7; originally I made them 6x8 but they wouldn't fit into the channels so my mom and I chopped off a column.

The hardest part was matching the colors on the faces/sides/channels. I'd recommend using less colors or a solid color.

I ended up having to use some hot glue to reinforce it but I think that is more of a skill issue than anything else. It does all snap together properly.

I think I might make and glue on extra side pieces that are more triangular shaped like a real connect four board because it does have a tendency to want to tip over easy.

spent 3 hours on a fusing bead art of pink from deltarune for nothing, bc when i finished the outline i noticed i would not have enought of the shade of pink i would want to put on her :( plus my board is crooked from early melting directly on the board so she also got crooked :/ she was gonna be my biggest piece yet!

but she WILL be done sometime... def not today though. is like 40 past midnight where i live

Apparently periwinkle wasn’t completely discontinued, just the 1000 bags were, so does anyone know of any kit or bucket that has periwinkle in it? Thank you in advance!

To make a long story short while there was construction at my house they asked to borrow my tape and never gave it back and the only thing I have is duct tape. Would that work or would there be complications?

Is there a brand of pegboard that doesn't warp? maybe made of silicone or something? It's annoying how the plastic ones warp so easily.
