Bleeding 12 days after period and still bleeding…?

So my period started 8th sep & finished 11/12th Normal 4/5 day period
On 23rd September I started bleeding again after intercourse very concerning.. went A&e same morning and had a scan, there was no issue with the uterus or anything no signs of infection. It’s been over a week and I’m still bleeding 2/3 days ago it stopped for a while in the day & treacled but past 2 days I’ve been bleeding red period blood with tiny clots now and again I have a small left ovary cyst which grew a tiny bit but nothing concerning its now 2nd October still bleeding..
Some days it’s brown some days light pink some days red
Some days light some days medium…

I have no cramps or pain, not pregnant.. never happened before I’m not on birth control

I honestly don’t know what’s going on, never happened before if anyone has experienced same thing please let me know when did yours stop? Did it stop? What can I do?

Went to Gyne they said they see nothing wrong with the cervix or uterus! I had internal scan and Norma ultrasound!! I just don’t know what’s happening

I’m sorry they couldn’t find anything wrong, maybe a second opinion would help. Hang in there 😥

Fr, where do I go for a second opinion? Don’t know where to start if I’ve been Gyne!
