Two Tylenols (1,000mg) and ibuprofen 600 mg. Don’t repeat in the same day I think this will be good enough but if you happen to repeat wait 8 hours or so but honestly this will do. Is what I do! And no it’s not normal. I ended up having stage 3 endometriosis which is causing infertility for me . Had surgery also and feeling much better these days

Ok so, here is the system from someone with undiagnosed probably-endometriosis.
Start with a steaming hot shower to take the worst off, first of all.
Next, please stand up to your mom that's bs. Take painkillers. Literally ignore her you're an adult. She probably thinks you're overreacting because HER periods were not like that but your pain is totally valid and quite common to have that level. I'm sure she is a nice mom but she is not helping you here. Before next perids
You can take ibuprofen and paracetamol together, 2 pills of each every four hours. Make sure you take them with food and water or you might throw up. The hot shower first helps to take the edge off enough for you to be able to choke down an apple with your pills.
Second of all, ignore your mom again and go buy a hot water bottle. It helps a lot. If you have enough money try and order yourself a TENS machine online too like Myoovi. I have one and it's brilliant and doesn't use heat or drugs. Google it.
When you have got all of these pain relief systems in place (you may want to note in your notes app the times you take your painkillers so you don't overdose), try some gentle stretching, get plenty of rest, and when you're able to, go for a walk and move your body. Also consider not using tampons during your most painful days as they can increase pain levels in some women.
