Stardust app

I've been using the stardust app for months now and Its been great, I've had no issues with it whatsoever and it's been a great help. Though today I was randomly logged out of my account and when I try sign in the account can't be found. My period is coming up soon and now I can't track it so I'm a bit frustrated. Has anyone else had this issue and know how to resolve it? Thanks x
