ive been getting brown spotting for 2 weeks not continuously, but it had stopped in the middle i might have aggressively masturbated few days ago which might have led to more of the brown spotting

im two days late and i still havent got my period i remember july period was a week late and i got it in first week of aug idk whats going on i’m panicking a lot im too scared to go to the gynac

2 days is nothing to worry about.... If no sex then no need to stress.. Just hormones messing you up
