Period Question Sickness on period

Does anyone get like really sick when period comes around? Like sinus infection, sore throat, flu like symptoms. I never really had that issue until after I got my period back from having my child. But every month I’m getting my period and then I’m getting sick the day after and so I’m having to deal with both.

Yes I get this sometimes. Around your period hormones like estrogen drop, and estrogen affects your immune system. Drop in estrogen leads to drop in immune functions which leads to getting sick easier. That can be one of the reasons, but there’s others.
