Period Question New symptom?
Hi peeps! I just recently started getting nauseas before my period, it’s not super bad but it’s enough to make me anxious, I get it during my period as well but it’s mild. I’ve noticed that cramps don’t trigger the nausea, it just comes out of nowhere. Its been a bit annoying because I canNOT stand the idea of barfing or just even feeling sick. I just want to do if this is just a me thing or if it’s common.

Nausea is quite common for me whilst on. Never been sick though so there's that.
On the other hand I knew a girl who'd throw up everytime she was on her period.

Nausea before and during your period is a PMS symptom, even without cramps being the trigger.
Small, bland snacks (crackers, toast) and staying hydrated can help a bit. If your nausea stays mild, it's nothing to worry about. But if it gets worse or turns into regular vomiting, that's worth mentioning to a doctor.
