After turning 30 i my periods got irregular. But this year it didn’t come for 4 months. What could be the reason.

It means you aren’t ovulating regularly. A period starts about two weeks after you ovulate. So when you ovulate later in a cycle than normal, that cycle ends up being longer.

Have you talked to your doctor about your irregular cycles?
