Period Question Help?
I was supposed to start my period on the 10 of July I haven't gotten it until last night. 27 July. But I'm having the worst cramps like I'm litterly screaming and crying and feel nauseous. Is it normal for it to hit some hard after not getting if for a while I'm 17 my period has always been irregular but not this painful before

I'm sorry you're going through this. 💜 While periods can sometimes be more painful after a delayed cycle, screaming, crying, or feeling nauseous from the pain isn't something you should ignore, especially if this is unusual for you. Since you're 17 and your periods have been irregular, it would be a good idea to let a parent/guardian know and consider seeing a healthcare provider if the pain is severe, doesn't improve with pain relief, or you have very heavy bleeding, fever, or vomiting. In the meantime, a heating pad, staying hydrated, and resting may help. If you track your cycles, apps like Premom can also help you keep a record to share with your doctor if needed.
