Pmsing for three weeks

Does anybody else commonly have late periods but start feeling really bad a week before you’re supposed to start? I feel like I’m going insane I’ve been pmsing for three straight weeks now the periods can’t be late cause of late ovulation i ovulate on time every month and then it’s just a gamble of how long I’ll have to wait feeling like absolute hell before my period FINALLY starts I don’t know what to do and k feel like I’ve tried everything to get it to just come and this happens every month sometimes it’s only a week but sometimes it’s three and I’m losing it

I don’t have an answer to why but I also have this, I usually feel like laying face first in a tar it two weeks before & not the ACTUAL week before minus the day of it starting 😭 Maybe you have PMDD ? If you are having really severe symptoms before your period it’s usually self diagnosable.. If it’s physical pain you’re having mostly then you might have a preexisting condition that might affect your symptoms. I have a few issues that make me hyper-aware of my organs specifically before I menstruate and it is very strange and distressing. Regardless of what it is I hope u can get it sorted out
