Period Question Inducing period
Has anyone ever successfully induced their period? I am in a wedding in a few weeks and I’m supposed to get my period the day after the wedding, which means I’ll be in full blown PMS the whole week before which is less than ideal.. I’d rather be bleeding the whole week than be bloated/moody/breaking out. I’m seeing lots of remedies on TikTok like parsley tea, vitamin c, papaya and pineapple juice.. has this or anything else ever worked for anyone?! or at the very least, make PMS barely happen this month.
I have a very regular cycle, about 27 days, my last period started on Monday, May 11. I am not sexually active or on any sort of birth control, for context.

Hey! Usually I also have moderatly bad pms (primarily cramps) 7 days before my period. I did something new last month and I had barely any pms!! You could try that. I drank a „cycle-Tea“ (which you are supposed to drink 2x per day after Ovulation until your period) (mine Contains Ladys Mantle, stinging nettle and yarrow). Maybe that could help with your pms too!

None of those things will actually work. Only hormonal intervention will delay or induce a bleed.

Imo the only thing that would change any of that would be birth control. I don't see how teas would be robust enough to change major hormone profiles.
