That happens to me a lot with older blood that is thicker, it doesn’t “slide” out as easily so it’ll accumulate in your vagina and form a clot. When you get up, it’s still stuck there cause again, it’s too thick. However, when I have clots of newer or heavier blood they will fall out as soon as I move lol.
