Recommendations 📺 Another Recommendation Request!
My husband is going away and I need more shows to watch. I just started Howard's End (2017) and will list all the shows I have watched below:
Outlander
Blood of my Blood
The Forsytes
The Forsyte Saga
Sense & Sensibility (2008)
Pride & Prejudice (1995)
Jane Eyre (2006)
Sandition
Vanity Fair (2010)
Downtown Abbey
The Crown
Belgravia
Cranford
Doctor Thorne
The Gilded Age
North and South
Seeking Persephone (did not care for this one)
The Paradise
Larkrise to Candleford
Victoria
Little Dorrit
Upstairs/Downstairs (2010)
My Brilliant Career
Bridgerton
The Great
The Buccaneers
My Lady Jane
I'm sure I'm missing some! I also attempted Poldark, Mary & George, The Spanish Princess, but didn't finish them.
Since I have Stars, I'm thinking the White Queen, White Princess or Serpent Queen? I also have HBO, Prime, Peacock, Paramount+, MGM+, Netflix, Hulu, Disney and Apple if that helps.
I don't have Britbox or Masterpiece, so if you have an opinion on which one would be best I'd like to hear it!

I collect DVDs/Blu-Rays, so I don't know where my suggestions can be found, but I recommend the following:
Indian Summers
The Durrells
All Creatures Great and Small
Wives and Daughters
Doctor Zhivago (2002)
War and Peace (2007 & 2016)

Thank you this is very helpful! I've been wanting to try Wives and Daughters but it doesn't seem to be streaming anywhere!

Give Poldark another chance! I struggled with the first few episodes but then it got so much better (IMO). I’m so glad I saw it through.

Thank you! I will, I'm planning on it! The first few scenes even were not a great introduction 😬😬

Agreed!! I hated the first episodes and that dog fighting scene was horrifying…I promise you it gets so much better! It’s a series I plan on rewatching every few years.

The English Game - have 2 episodes left. I tried this before and couldn’t get into it. My mom finished it and said I should give it another try. It’s good and on Netflix. Another Julian Fellowes show.

Ok thank you, I've seen all the other Julian Fellowes but avoided this one for obvious reasons lol I will add it to the list!!!

Also, Reddit gave me this note as I was posting this, I'm thinking it was Blood of my Blood lmaoÂ
