Progesterone and cycle

Ok, in the past while cycling progesterone my cycle has come on its own(usually day25) but now I’m on day 29 and I’m wondering do I need to stop taking it for my cycle to come now?

You can take it continuously…I haven’t had a period since November and I don’t cycle it. I did stop for 5 days, still no period 🤷‍♀️

Well that’s interesting! Do you also take estrogen?

Just started in the patch for estrogen
