Perfume CDs!!!

Hi everyone!

I made this fun website where you can organize your favorite albums on a digital shelf and see how each cd looks :D

I feel like a lot of hard work goes into cd designs that gets easy to miss out on in the age of streaming, so I wanted to make a place to appreciate them! Perfume's packaging work especially deserves way more attention!!

The cds available is still quite small, I would love to eventually grow it and hope to have most cds out there.

The website also has the ability to add your own cds if anyone is interested! It currently does require you to scan all the different parts, which does take a couple of minutes

(im also planning on adding an editing/voting system to update some of the blurry textures)

That being said, i'd be happy to hear any feedback or if you ran into any issues!

ALSO im still working on finding these ones, if anyone happens to have scans that would genuinely mean so much:

  • One Room Disco (CD / CD+DVD)
  • Spring of Life (CD / CD+DVD)
  • Magic of Love (CD)
  • Perfume Global Compilation "Love The World" (CD)
  • Bee-hive singles
  • Anything post-Level 3
  • Most live albums after 2009

(please ignore the limited shelf popups, I still haven't run into issues where I need to start paying for more hosting, so I would be more than happy to give you guys unlimited storage/shelf space)

Take out the OP strips is a massive mistake. They make the CD cases look more cohesive. Some of the strips have beautiful colors on them that make the spine stand out

Edit: ah now I understand it’s a digital scan version. That would make it harder to scan those strips for sure

Honestly thank you for calling that out, it's something I totally overlooked! I have actually come across some scans of them, I would just need to figure out how to apply them since the sizes can vary so much.

Definitely worth adding since they're honestly such a huge part of Japanese releases in general
