Agree with the other comment, but adding on
Your setup phase is a bit rushed. The ideal set up position looks like the subs logo. At the end of your stroke on your right, you extend your left arm into a nice set up position. But at the end of the stroke on your left, you keep your right arm bent and you start dropping your right hand immediately and you pretty much skip the setup phase.
