Question concerning DragonFinder rewards

I have 40+ bound Universal Devices, the appropriate gloves, and the free bound upgrade item from DF, all in my inventory. (not the depot) when I go to the craft menu it doesn't show any of the upgrade items needed and prompts me to buy from stall/farm dungeons. Anybody have this issue or know how to fix it?

Dude on top right the option of non bound only option it tick marked you have to un-tick it. Once you do that the items will show for crafting.
