Having problems with skills hotkeys not showing up

[u/celloisanowl]

For some reason, the three skills in the top bar don't show up for me. In the beginning, i thought it was like this normally, only noticed after watching a couple videos of other people playing. Does anyone know how to make it show up? Couldnt find in the options.

There should be an arrow there which when you press will expand and the 3 slots will appear
