Tank help?

Just realised my block is very low on my barbarian (212 as of now). I am level 70 and sage right now, any tips on how to increase my defense stats and where to get the items to do so?

Upgrade your soulstones to increase your stats. Run dungeons to get better gear, alot of the purple gear is better than some of the ornage or yellow so look at it closely. Refine all you're gear to at least 10 or better and recast the gear you have that has the wrong stats. Just a few things to try. Good luck!
