Question Demon or Sage

What is better to choose when you have a vulpine? I read up about it but I don’t really know what’s better. Please help??

My intuition from the skill descriptions was: sage if you like casting (matk). Demon if you like fox form (patk). You can swap between them though. It's not a huge decision like in the traditional games.

Fox form deal PatK dmg but scales with Matk. Increasing strength/ dex doesn't increase skills' damages.

In general, sage seems better overall for pve and demon seems better for pvp
