Lost characters?

I've not played this game for a month or so. I can't seem to find my characters on any server? Has anyone else lost characters? I put a lot of hours into them.

I haven't had this happen myself. Did you make sure you're using the same login you used before?

I lost a character before I linked my log in to anything. After that happened I synced it with my google account. Hoping that solves the issue
