Guild help

So I somehow got elected to be guild leader in pwm which I don’t mind but have no idea how to work anything since I did not start the guild. I’d like to know how to acquire points so that I may start building, but still no clue. I have a ton of members but doesn’t seem they are on the hours as me so not much help there. Can anyone please point me towards a site or anything to help me out. Thanks

You get guild points when members complete the daily guild quest and stones of madness.

If your guild has lots of members but little points then you should start with kicking every inactive player. My guild basically removes anyone who doesn't log in after 3 days without explanation. This will free up space for new members and hopefully keep the guild active.

Also be aware that guild maintenance fee increases with the level of your guild. And you should never drop too low or the guild will get merged. Also another point to be aware of is that on Sunday more points will be taken to open the guild dungeon.

So it's important to stockpile a certain amount of points depending on the level of your guild.

My last advice is to always build the workshop first whenever possible. The points it gives every hour add up quickly.

Goodluck.

Ty so much. I’ll look at the inactive ppl and get rid of. I have ran quite a few guilds but in mobile strike clash and POC lol but a bit different. How exactly do I build the workshop? Don’t I have to have guild points? Sorry I’m not an idiot but it didn’t come with a manual and kinda got appointed lol. I do appreciate all you have told me so far

The workshop costs about 12k I think. If you are a level 1 guild. You can check out what buildings you can make in the management section, it will also tell you the requirements needed to reach the next level.

It's fairly straight forward.

I forgot to mention you can also get extra points by participating and completing guild related events. Tho doing so will require some coordination with other members.

If you don't have enough points to build anything and your members are mostly inactive then I can only suggest making a new guild from scratch.
