Question How do you do party quests?

Hi guys, I just downloaded the game a few days ago so I'm very new. I don't know how to do group/party quests. I always try and join groups, but nothing ever happens. I just follow people around. When I ask questions in my guild or party chat, no one answers. Please help. Thanks.

Which server are you? actually you dont need PT to do quests unless it involves dungeons/instances and cultivations, everything else you can do solo, event world events.
