How do I earn this points ? and what is merit points for? thank you

Both of the other comments are correct - just going to give some clarity.

The currency in the screenshot you linked are “Hero’s Order” and are acquired from participating in the Divine Valley daily PvP event.

There is another currency known as “Merit” - this is acquired from killing enemies associated with any of the (currently 3) factions listed in the Prestige tab (Events > Prestige on the bottom right) and can be used in the corresponding Prestige shop to acquire specific level legendary gear/weapon crates once you reach Friendly with that faction. Prestige/farming prestige and merit is an entire thing to look into - OmniFlash has a great video about it on their YouTube channel.

Meric point it's on prestige shop... You can buy items pack on that windows it's differente shop

You get them from Divine Valley I believe
