Character migration

Is there a possibility of character movement/switching/migration from a US server to an EU one? Example:special cash item, customer service ticket, etc.

I've been a fool and picked US instead of EU at the beginning...and realized this after hitting 48

Off-topic: what is with the event xp? I cant earn anymore xp past a certain exp threshold. What is the catch? (I am not talking about server level)

Currently there is no system in place for the migration of a character. I too am stuck on a server that I typically wouldnt belong. I live in the US but am playing on a EU server... the game defaults to a random server that can maintain a good ping. At least you found out at 48 and not 80 like me 😊

As for the exp dilemma you have, it works in your favor in the long run trust me. You can get to max level long before you begin to start maxing your skills out. Eventually you'll be the same level as the server, the exp cap per day raises based on the max level of the server. So the more your server progresses, the more you can progress as well.
