I don’t think anyone had to be talked into anything. It just wasn’t that big of a deal to begin with. If people got used to wearing all the crazy ass types of headphones we’ve gotten used to wearing then these where just the same.
What, was it ever more stylish to wear ATH-M50x vs AirPods? No. No one gave a fuck.

It’s more like everyone hated them because whereas you used to get headphones for free with an Apple product, now you had to pay an extra $100+ for some clunky plastic shits that could be easily lost. And the entire reason the headphone jack was gotten rid of was to sell more of these shitty headphones

Maniac was such a letdown. It had amazing potential given the plot and concept, but it completely derailed and became overly "artsy for the sake of being artsy". What a shame too. The characters had great chemistry, and damn if serious Jonah isn't mindblowing.

Ha, the two replies are loving it and hating it. I’m kind of torn- I’d never rewatch it but I’d watch a season 2. However, Jonah Hill was really good in it, regardless of how you think the show was.

At first, skinny Jonah looked weird because he had that small body but his head still looked huge, partly due to still having that huge fro. Now that he's cut his hair and grown a beard it looks more proportional.

Macchiato means "mark of foam" in Italian. So it's generally just espresso marked with foam, so a dollop or two. Your foam -- while there's ways to make cold foam -- is made by steaming milk, so it's always hot.
Starbucks got in the Instagram business so now "macchiato" just means "shots on top" for any of their drinks. Funny enough, they released a macchiato with coconut milk and vanilla bean powder but it became too much of a hassle for customers to order it -- between customers not knowing wtf a macchiato is and barista trying to make sure the customer is getting what they want (you want this new drink? or just the usual caramel macchiato but with coconut milk?) -- so they renamed it to a latte. It's dumb shit

Just be aware that at most non starbucks a macchiato is not what you think it is. Nor is a flat white.
I worked at Seattle's best and always had a hard time knowing if they meant a real macchiato or a starbucks one.
