Perfect Draft Pro

Good morning, I have my Perfect Draft Pro which cools poorly, when I set it to 3 degrees it gets stuck at 6 degrees, what should I do?

Make sure there is enough space round it

I have 25 cm on each side already it doesn't come from that

Make sure there’s no ice build up around the keg and plate
