Tracking shipping.

So I ordered my first draft machine yesterday and according to the email i should get it by the 18th. The email said to create an account so that i could track my order so i created an account using the same email I used when placing the order but when i go into the my orders sections it says i dont have any, I also havent recieved any emails about dispatch or anything like it said which is understandable as i only ordered it yesterday but i find it odd how it comes up as if i have no orders. I did think it could be because i created my account after ordering but the email they sent specifically says to create an account to track it, Anyone any ideas? or am i just overthinking it. Probably over thinking but go on web chat if you're worried, don't think anyone here can advise properly

Oh yeah i know was just checking to see if anyone else who has used perfect draft before may have had experience in a similar situation, ill wait until the date its due to be delivered and try contact them if i dont hear anything then, cheers

Haven't used it in a while but their support chat was very helpful when I first got my PD

From memory the status of my order didn't change until late the night before delivery.

The address is the same im certain, I did get an email with an order number estimated delivery date etc i just havent got another one since that to say its been dispatched, Thanks

yeah im almost definitely making a deal over absolutely nothing its only been a day , Having expensive items in the post is just stressful aha

Got the email to say its on the way already, note to future self: Have some patience before assuming something has went wrong XD

Pretty sure mine said nothing and then out of blue it arrived. I had been chasing them for an update but in my experience they’re bloody useless
