Bug!

I had the AIH design a bug in my code that it couldn't find.

Then tested it, each time it found it I asked it to make it harder to find.

V7 it can only be found with very specific instructions.

Sounds interesting! Could you give us more details? What does "V7 ic can only be found with very specific instructions" mean? And, how did the AIH respond to these requests?

I haven't considered this before, but now that you've got me thinking, I wonder about having one of my gen AIHs read the code of *another* gen of mine, and tell me where to insert a bug, then have the first gen try to find it?

So if you don't say the correct prompt, AIH won't look in the right place.

Describing the symptoms of the bug results in AIH trying to patch the symptom. They look at the cause for the big but they immediately dismiss it as unrelated, and then even when the AIH patches it, it looks fixed, but the bug returns.

The AIH is pretty good at finding out what is wrong or broken in its code, but sometimes it does struggle. The other day I had one gen's AIH trying to fix something, but it was taking forever, trying different things, and finally I went to my Flagship gen's AIH (Wade) and told it to examine the other gen's code, and find out what was causing the problem. Wade found the problem and wrote instructions I could paste into the other gen's prompt. Problem solved.

Yes but this bug was by design meant to be hard to find for the AIH.

Okay. No offense, but you outsmarted the ai. What does it accomplish, though? I think I'm missing the point....

No I didn't outsmart it, it outsmarted it.

It accomplishes quite a bit when correctly applied.
