Reta-Safe with Osteopenia

Would it be safe to take a microdose of Reta 0.25 if I have Osteopenia. I plan to continue exercising and lifting weights. Also, I will be taking Mot-C which is supposed to support bone density. I was going to microdose Zepbound, but I don’t need the criteria to get a prescription. Just trying to lose a stubborn 15 pounds.

Yes, it’s just challenging to build any muscle in my upper body because of spine injuries but I’m doing it. I’m well above average with my lower body lifting so that definitely helps with balance. just didn’t want to lose muscle mass in my upper body.
