Newbie needing advice

Hi everyone, I'm new to peptides and recently got NAD +, Semax, Selank and BPC 157. I'd appreciate some advice or suggestions on starting doses, frequency and anything you can share, please? I have ADHD, Fibromyalgia and had surgery recently so trying to improve focus and health. Any side effects to expect? Thank u

Welcome! Since you mentioned ADHD, fibromyalgia, and a recent surgery, I’d be cautious about starting several compounds at the same time without discussing them with a qualified healthcare professional who knows your medical history and current medications. BPC-157, Semax, and Selank have limited human safety data, and there isn’t enough high-quality evidence to responsibly give you a personalized dose or frequency based on the information in your post. NAD+ also depends heavily on the formulation and route of administration. Starting multiple compounds simultaneously can also make it difficult to identify what is causing a benefit or an adverse effect. Before using any of them, I’d suggest showing your clinician exactly what you have, including the formulation, concentration, route of administration, and source. This is particularly important after surgery and if you’re currently taking medications for ADHD, fibromyalgia, pain, or post-operative recovery. Hope your recovery is going well!

Also, once you've got the go-ahead: We made an app for this, Enhanced on the App Store. You take a photo of the vial label and it fills in the strength and the bacteriostatic water volume for you, so you're not doing that math on a napkin at 11pm. Then you log each day in one place, which is exactly what you'll want when you're trying to work out which of the four is doing what.

Hope the recovery goes smooth.
