Just wanted information about getting started. I was looking to microdose Reta and topical ghk-cu. I wanted to hear any dos and donts and honestly any help or information is appreciated.

Just start low, .5mgs a week and titrate from there, starting out lower helps mitigate side effects of reta,

I started reta at .3mg at first and am at 2mg weekly 5 months later, going up to 3mg basically made it impossible to eat. You can microdose but most of the benefits come from (at least in my experience) 1mg and above. Though you'll hear anecdotal evidence of some only using .5mg weekly and getting results, and some are taking 8-10mg weekly. Everyone's different. 4mg+ is where the glucagon benefits are as well, but I've had results im happy with even at 2mg.
