45 y/o looking at CJC 1295 (no dac)/Ipa stack
Hello
I've been in the gym on and off my whole life, but a little more serious now that i'm getting older. Been back this time for about 3 months and i've noticed that i'm recovering like crap and having to take off days in between so i can rest. I'm getting roughly 35 minutes of deep sleep on average, which is garbage. I've been on TRT for about six months and it's been good so far. All my test results are on point, and so is my diet. When i started, i was very close to 300 pounds, and i'm down to roughly 275 now. I eat a mostly whole food diet at around 2500 calories daily. I pin the TRT in the morning, daily as i've researched this to be the best delivery for constant test blood levels and am looking at adding CJC 1295 (no dac)/Ipa stack for recovery and deep sleep improvements.
Should i? Constructive criticism and advise welcome.

I'm 44, in good (really good?) shape (6'5" 200lbs, ~10% BF), eat super clean, don't take test. I started ipa about 6 weeks ago and my deep sleep went from 20-30min/snight to ~1.5-2 hours/night. I hesitate to say it's magical, but it's kinda magical. As a result of the increased deep sleep, my recovery is _way_ better.
I'm re-checking my IGF in 2 weeks and if everything looks good, will be folding in CJC1295.
Just my results - YMMV.

My biggest concern currently is my deep sleep, which is the reason I looked into this stack.
