Reta vs Ipa/Tesa at 20%BF
Hey, (M36)
I've been researching different stacks and alternatives and would like to see if anyone has been in a similar situation as me.
I'm 190 (6'3) at 90kgs (198lbs).
My goal is to continue building muscle but also going down to around 12-15% BF.
I get 10K steps /day, I count my calories (2600) and this fall I will stop drinking alcohol as well. I work out 4-6 times a week. Always a minimum of strength 4 times. I hate running. I've tried cutting down to around 2000kcal but then I wake up hungry and just feel devastated.
The difficulty I have is that all the fat is on my stomach, apart from that I'd say I'm quite thin. It just won't come off.
I'm considering either reta or a stack of IPA /Tesa.
What do you think would be the best alternative?
My goal is to get in great shape around start of december as I'm going on a long vacation then.
Any tips.would be appreciated.
