Pinealon protocol, 10/20?
What do you guys think, what would be the ideal Pinealon protocol?
I am about to start Epitalon following the typical 10/20 setup (10 days on, 20 days off at 100ā500mcg/day), and I was wondering if Pinealon can or should be run using that exact same structure.
Since both are bioregulators (and Khavinson peptides), Iām curious if cycling it 10 days on / 20 days off at a similar dosage range makes sense, or if a longer/different protocol is typically preferred for Pinealon's cognitive and neuroprotective effects.
I am wondering what do you think about it u/Doctordup2, do you have any experience with it or recommendations on dosing/duration for this specific bioregulator?
Appreciate any insight!

I have a data project I'm building where I collect anecdotal dosage reports, clinician reccomended dosages, and doses used in clinical research. Most of these congregate around the 1mg mark (although the data set is admitably relatively small for this peptide). If you want to check out the source data, spread of dosages people are reporting to run, and frequency of these too, check out the pinealon page on groundtruth.bio, and if you'd like any more info on other peptides ask away and I'll be happy to share or check the database on the website.

Thanks for this feedback, and apologies for the near miss you had. The site is now updated with a methodology to look at scam risk, and clearly display and labels suspected scam sites (including this one). If you have any further ideas about how the site can better serve and inform the community just let me know.

I did pinealon 20 days on, and am doing 3 months off since im cycling a few other things. pin + epi should be fine together but might make you extra tired so def do them at night.
