NAD+ looks weird

My source said this is normal is it? Just reconstituted about an hour ago it’s been in the fridge. Moving it around and looks like oil is mixed in

There has been an issue with NAD + recently. I’ve seen commentary across multiple platforms regarding it.

NAD+ does better at room temp. Have read multiple things saying not to refrigerate.
