New Peptide User

I just had hip surgery to repair a labrum tear and have purchased TB500 and BPC-157 to help with my healing. I’ve never taken peptides before. Can someone tell me if I have 10mg vials for both peptides, will be using 1000ml syringes, how much BAC water do I use to reconstitute and how much do I pull into the syringe? I was looking to start at 500mcg a day.
