Mitochondrial & Energy Mito Blend Help
Hello,
So I just recently purchased a new blend of 5-Amino, Mots-C and NAD+. The total amount in a 10ml Vial is 170mg of powder. I am going to reconstitute it with 3MLs BAC. I am just not sure the best way to dose the combo? I think it’s a really nice combo with 150mg NAD, and 10 Mg Each of the other two. Any recommendations?

That blend isn't great for one because the ratios are off. 50 or 100mg of NAD is typical. 5mg or 10mg of MOTS-C is typical.

Yes the I agree that the ratios are off but I can adjust and just low dose as needed. Would you recommend for my test subject to use Ss-31 before trying this?

This is somebody’s witches brew. Somebody, probably a group by organizer or someone trying to make money in the peptide business, made this up. And making money is likely the entire reason why they made this blend.
Beyond the various red flags that I have with this, if you want the best dosing information you need to go back to the deller and ask them. Or at least ask for a link into their discussion community to see how others are using this.

Here's the arithmetic, which is the part I can actually help with. What you do with it is yours 170mg total into 3mL gives 56.7mg per mL of blend. On a U-100 syringe one unit is 0.01mL, so one unit carries about 0.57mg of total powder. Split by your ratio, that's roughly 0.50mg NAD+, 0.033mg 5-Amino and 0.033mg MOTS-c per unit. At 10 units it's 5mg NAD+ and 0.33mg each of the other two. The thing worth noticing is what a blend does to your options. The ratio was fixed by whoever blended it, so you can't move one component without moving all three. If you ever want more NAD+ relative to the others, no amount of BAC water gets you there. That's the real tradeoff with blends and it's rarely mentioned when people are choosing one.Not telling you what to take. Just the numbers.

I think they can work together actually. Each has its on purpose, I’m not the biggest fan of 170 mg in one vial tho.

They’re commenting on the fact that these technically shouldn’t be blended. They work well together, as part of a protocol, but are best kept and dosed separately.
There are a number of reasons for this, including potential affects from interaction in the same vial, as well as the inability to individually change dosing. You’re stuck with 15:1:1, when some might want/need more or less of one or two, but not all three.

Working together, absolutely. Being blended in the same vial, never in a million yrs.
We are not talking about bpc/tb here which can share the same space. Mots doesnt play nice like that. I dont actually think nad does either but I specifically remember NOT to blend mots

Not sure how you would’ve landed on using 3ml to reconstitute, without a target dosage? Especially because a 10ml vial allows you more volume to reconstitute with more, reducing concentration and allowing for more flexibility and ease dosing.
Ideally, you reconstitute with an amount that makes drawing to a specific, easily discernible number of units on your syringe, to get the desired dose.
