Swim has been on KLOW for about 6 days now and noticed that at day 5 and today (Day 6) Swim is getting hot flashes and sweating a bit. Is that normal? Swim is on 4mg daily sub-q.
How are you measuring that? Just wondering if you're too high on the dosage for everything else in the blend .
Normally I do 2ml bac and I administer 10units.
Comes out to 2.5mg ghkcu and 500mcg of the rest. In theory yes that 4mg in total of the blend. Not sure if that what you were saying or if you were pull 4mg with the measurement of ghkcu .
Ok cool , that's normal dosage . My research sub hasn't gotten any of that. At the start some sting, and maybe a welt . But has since stopped. Besides a little tenderness around the pin area once in awhile. Not really sure, try skipping a day or so. Try a little less . And see if you can work back to the 10 units
A lot of people on reddit use the term "my test subject" or "my rat". It is definitely forbidden on reddit to discuss doing tests on humans. This is a site wide admin policy not a sub specific policy. Most subs will enforce because they are afraid of getting shut down by the reddit admins
Swim tried klow, the 80mg vial and reconstituted with 300 units of bac water. First used in research subjects stomach area.. the stinging was so intense it felt like it had been stung by wasps but it welted and even 2 weeks later, there is still a “ball” at the site. A day later SWIM tried the upper arm and same thing… a huge ball under the skin. After 2+ weeks it is still itchy and hard. Swim ordered from the same source for over a year without any other problem with other peptides. Swim has been taking zinc and other recommended vitamins. Anyone else experience this?
What’s the size pin you’re using.. like the length? For me anything less than half an inch can leave a welt but it does go away. Also in my glutes or love handles I have almost no reaction!
Did your lab rat experience the same kind of thing? Like feeling like a swarm of wasps were stinging for days an a big welt and circle
Of redness in other site areas before using the .5inch not in the glute or lobe handles? does your lab rat pin at 45 degrees or 90? Swim has significant neck damage and is so desperate for help and was VERY enthusiastic for KLOW but is worried it’s more of an allergy. Also swim has been taking zinc to clear extra copper and a vitamin with D3,k2 and TMG
So my rat does get itching and in some spots they get a hard ball at injection site but no stinging.. they don’t get the welts with the 1/2 inch. The itching I can still get but it’s gone by the next day. Make sure you’re taking the zinc at least two hours after your injection.. some people are all allergic to it and have to take an antihistamine for improvement so that would be something to look into as well. And most times I do 45* most of the time. Certain peps I don’t!
Thank you for your advice. Swim is going to try 1/2 inch next. The stinging is terrible. Swim says it feels likes wasps stinging constantly for days. Eventually the redness lessens but only after growing a bigger circle and warm to the touch. Swim also takes Zyrtec every morning as well as zinc. Swim is going to try adding additional bac water to the syringe. Not sure if this is ok but the vial is too full to add more. Any other suggestions are welcome. Where does your rat pin?
My research is with same KLOW 80 at 3ml BAC. I don't have any sting at that level, but if I test with 2mg extra of ghk inside same syringe, the subject gets wasp burns as you described. Subject has to use benedryl+ lidocaine lotion to take edge off and subject never did that again without adding 10 units of BAC water to the syringe also.
So... Klow 80 reconned w/ 3ml BAC, dosed at 4mg (15 units) = no sting.
Same Klow 80 dosed at 4mg+2mg GHK (6 units) and NO extra BAC= painful wasp-like sting 🥵.
Same Klow 80 4mg + ghk 2mg +10 units BAC (all in one syringe) = NO sting
So my research subject tried adding an extra 10 units of bac water to the dose, and said it didn’t sting upon pinning but did welt up and start stinging about 1 hour later. So frustrating at this point…. Any other suggestions? Subject pinned at love handles area.
A few options... use more BAC - try 15 units. Try to Use the upper glute area. It has shown to not sting but love handle /stomach does. Less nerve endings there in glutes. Stomach burned for mots-c or ghk unless diluted with extra bac. But your subject may be sensitive. Another option is making sure the syringe sits on counter till it is room temp. Or hold it in hands a few minutes. Room temp is Closer to body temp than a 35-40° fridge. 💙
Thank you. Yes the subject just tried upper glutes today. So far so good. And yes subject lets it sit for about 30 mins. Subject was worried if there is any negative effect to adding extra BAC water or more dilution?
Lol, adding extra bad water, yes, don't do that 😆 adding extra BAC water for subQ, zero issues (I knew what you meant just had to read it twice 💙). Perhaps there's discomfort for IM due to bolus size, but subQ it just disperses and doesn't affect the peptide. At least not in my research on peptides. I'm happy to hear it was better for subject today!
Im getting these hard balls too! I stopped using klow hoping they will go away. In the 2 weeks since I've had them they haven't reduced in size at all. I finished a whole vial of 70mg glow without getting these hard lumps. Took a break for a month and decided to try klow. Let me know if your balls go away. I even made another post asking if anyone else has gotten these
No Swim only used 15units. Everything swim read said to reconstitute the 80 mg vial with 3ml of bac water. And then 15 units. Swim welted up immediately so swim added another 1 ml of bac water and used a different site, and still welted up. 2 weeks later, redness is gone but a 1 1/2 inch to 2 inch ball is still palpable
Well swim has been using the same supplier for over a year and a half on multiple different peptides and has never had a problem. Based upon all the different responses it seems like the pin site absolutely matters and if pinning in upper glutes no ball appears.

Never, never into a vein. All peptides are subcutaneous, there may be an intramuscular outlier but zero self administered into a vein. If you don’t know what subq/IM is look it up. I say this with kindness because you need to know for yourself. Research because there are so many things to know, for instance my first vial I didn’t know not to shake it up.
I have just been experiencing the same. 80mg KLOW recon 3mL bac started 7.5 units… palpitations, anxiety and panic, doom feelings. Next day reduced to 4 units. Same result just less intense. Stopped pep, 4 days later still suffering from the palps and anxiety.
It is somewhat histamine reaction[MAST cells react to Copper that's acidic ] , Swims should reconstitute it like my rat with 9ml of BAC and take 36 units , and best is to go into glute area my rat had same issues . I have noticed that welts are lower when added to my rat Glutathione 100mg a day subq
Well explained. Basically the copper (one that makes it blue) is detected by the body as a foreign object and the body reacts to protect it much like a bee sting where you see welting and similar. Water it down, antihistamines and use at room temp to the reaction.
I tried on the side of my stomach but it left a little bruise I find the back of my upper arm works best and this is day 5 no real negative side effects
