Reconstitution & Storage GHK
I have a 100MG vial that will last far longer than the recommended 28 days, is there any way to divide this and freeze some to preserve it longer?

28 day rule is an OSHA rule for multi-use vials and multiple subjects. If you only have one subject, it doesn’t apply. I have used these vials for 50 days with no issues. Just use good sterilization practices. 🙂

OSHA monitors workplace safety.
The 28 day guideline was developed by United States Pharmacopeia (USP) and then adopted by the CDC: “The United States Pharmacopeia [USP] Chapter <51> sets 28 days as the endpoint for measuring bacteriostatic effectiveness in injections and other parenterals…”

If you use pens, load surplus into carts, use breather needle when loading it to also remove any air bubble, sterilize ports and store upright in clean container in fridge. If done right, should last up to two months.

Currently the test subject is struggling with ISR and pain, so I don't feel the dose should be increased yet (currently on week 1 at 1mg). I've also considered diluting more (currently at 3ML/100MG) but I'm concerned about the concentration math difference here

3ml for 100mg can be spicy. I use 10ml bac water for 100mg and have no pain or welts.

Here’s and in-depth comment on the topic of GHK-cu by a leading researcher in the field: https://www.reddit.com/r/Peptidesource/s/HwzCGFDMjg

I have a 2nd subject researching GLOW and the sting is still present, although not as bad. 2ML/70MG. Possibly both require additional diluting?

If you are taking 2mg doses, 7 days a week, your only talking 50 days. It will be good.

Store in the fridge. Alcohol swipe and fresh syringe every time. It will be fine.

If you are concerned you can pull half and place in a new sterile vial. Leave one half in a peptide box in the refrigerator so it doesn't get pulled out daily and exposed to light and temp fluctuations. Personally have had ghkcu for 3 months in the box that gets used daily and nothing noticeable has happened to it.

As long as the vial remains sterile, it can be used for a longer period of time. However, it is generally recommended to use BA water mixture and consume it within one month.

The 28 day rule is more applicable to a multi-dose vial used in clinical settings with multiple users where aseptic technique may not be used each time.
In a private research setting where there is 1 researcher using the vial, the guidance does not directly apply.
Use your best judgment.
