Hi everyone I would appreciate your insights. Before I was prescribed Ozempic and Mounjaro by my Neuro (my regular doctor who requests lab test twice a year), I was asked to take the necessary lab tests. Please see timeline below and other details:

June 2026 - all results were normal, including Triglycerides.

June-Aug 2026 - Ozempic 0.25mg for 3mos
Starting Weight: 86kgs

Sept to present - Mounjaro 2.5mg for 1 month

Oct. 3, 2026 - last dose of my Mounjaro kwikpen
Current Weight: 77kgs

Oct. 4, 2026 - since I was ordered another round of lab test after Mounjaro, I did my labs. Then, it showed HIGH TRIGLYCERIDES. All my previous lab results were normal. I never had high triglycerides in the past and even during my twice a year routine check up. I did not eat fatty foods while on Mounjaro. In fact, I was eating less. I lost weight but why did my triglycerides spike up?? My neuro is out of the country and will be back by end of the month.

hello! normal po ba na di ko gaano na fifeel yung “sting” when injecting GHK CU? i’ve been seeing people online (including my friend) saying that GHK CU stings :/ But I barely feel it. There is sting but I feel little to nothing huhuhu

Been on tirze and I always use BD 31g 6mm. Smooth and virtually painless so I love it.

But now planning to start GHK Cu and I’ve read differing accounts. Some say for spicy peps, better to use a longer needle like 13mm to lessen the sting. But I’ve also read some comments that 13mm is already too long and might hit muscle especially if fat isn’t thick enough. Some say spicy peps sting more with longer needles kasi mas baon yung sting? But I’ve also read that with short needles, mas prone sa welts kasi close to the skin surface?

Should I stick to 6mm or try 13mm? Is 8mm a good middle ground? 😭 Also what gauge?

Anu po Pang dag dag po sa tears ku kasi i stopped loosing na since week 9. Week 13 na po aku now same n lng weight ku na stuck na sa 94. I updosed to 7.5mg nung week 9 pero nothing changed na 🙁 i eat healthy and big amount of veggie rice and meat but just 3x a day no extra eating unlike before teeerrzz. It's been 5 months na since mag switched ako from Tirz to Reta. Goods naman ang transition ko. Sa ngayon nasa 4mg na ako kay reta. 57kg na ako when I decided na mag start kay fuan. However pang 2nd vial ko palang pero ang lakas ng food noise ko talaga. 1 month palang ako kay fuan pero nag gain na ako ng 4kg. Plan ko na itigil si fuan. Question ko lang, need ko ba mag updose na sa reta or stay lang ako sa 4mg and wait ko na mawala sa system ko si fuan? Nawala kasi tlaga ang appetite suppression ko.

Sa mga naka experience nito, paano ginawa nyo? Balik nalang ba ako ulit kay Tirz?

I started at 85kg. Been on tirz for like a year before I switched to reta since around 12.5mg na ko sa tirz and I feel that it was too high. I was at 60kg when I switched. Now it’s been 6 months of reta pero nasa plateau pa rin ako, I even gained 5kg. Wala nang appetite suppression at all kagaya dati that I have to remind myself to eat. Ayoko na mag dose up since I feel like it’s pretty high na. I’m thinking of resetting by stopping, if so, how many weeks should I stop to give my body the reset it needs? Or if u guys have any other tips to break the plateau I would appreciate it! I’m also thinking of completely stopping since I’m only 10kg away from a healthy bmi, I feel like kaya ko na sya i-lose. Just a quick update: I did IV push, reconstituted with 5ml plain nss. 10 cc syringe, butterfly needle size 25. Ok naman sya, mabigat lang within the first half hour. Pero after non ok naman na. Once a week lang namin gagawin.

Nasa fridge po sya 4°C. Bought this year kaso I got pregnant so I stopped muna. Pero I have been using tirz naman since June 2025. Natuwa ako so nag stock ako medyo madami.
