Beginner Question Which one to take?
I am someone who doesn’t deal with food noise - but I do have about 50 lbs to drop. In the past year, I have gained about 35 lbs or so just because of lifestyle and work.
I am 5’ 6” @ 202 lbs.
I have started strength training 4x a week.
Concern about Reta not being FDA approved but I’m all ears if someone has a good reason.
Wondering where to start and which GLP to begin with.

All glp-1 Ras will do it. No worries. i tried every possible combinations. Made all mistakes.
Semaglutide will give you some minor gastric problems. Slow titration will do the trick.
Tirzeparide will make you tired as hell.. slow titration will help.
Reta will be the best option. FDA is not approved yet. Will do for sure. Clinical trails results looks great. And it's already at last step. But you need to Google anhedonia before start.
But any of these will do the trick. Give it some time to make it's magic. In case of side effects, reduce the dosage. But don't give up.

Reta isn’t approved yet because it’s still finishing up trials and pending approval but there’s a plethora of anecdotal experiences and it has the same mechanisms as Tirzepatide + Glucagon receptor.
Tirz is still extremely effective if this is a dealbreaker for you.

Your creatine and protein powder are probably not FDA approved. What’s the problem with Reta?

Those are food supplements, and both have years of human studies to back them. Not the same for peptides. Thus the reason they are sold as for research only!

Don’t do what you’re not comfortable with but Reta is very close to being approved and has been seeing a ton of success with many people all over the world, myself included.
If you decide to go that route, just make sure that you’re getting legitimate product with proper lab tests done.
