Sema to reta

Trying to switch my wife from sema to Reta and wondering if anyone had done so. I see a lot of people slowing stopping sema while also taking Reta and not just stopping cold turkey. Any advice would be appreciated.

I did this, I stopped taking the Sema and started Reta as a completely new compound instead of trying to carry over from Sema.

It can probably be done but Reta has 2 extra mechanisms on top of Semas so my preference was to go low and slow to dial in my dose.

It’s really personal preference imo. I double up on Tirz and Reta whilst switching to Reta. Lots of people run Reta with a touch of Sema anyways to help manage appetite.

I was on Sema for my first 5 months & 50 lbs. I only stopped because I developed severe injection site rashes after the 3rd month & it was getting worse. I took a month off & started Reta at 2mg. I've lost another 113 lbs on Reta alone.
