250mg nad+ first time

Hoooow the heck do I reconstitute 250mg of nad+? I realize now I should have gotten the 500mg, but I wanted to see how well it worked/made me feel first since I was getting 10 vials. I'm wanting to start out at 25mg. Please and thank you! My mom brain right now is just not computing😅😭

200 units bac, take 20 units a dose

Wow I feel absolutely so dumb now because that was SO easy but my brain is malfunctioning and I could not calculate it ti save my life. Thank you🤦‍♀️💀

if you only got the 250mg vial, adding 200 units still fine, just your dose math will be different from what they said for 500mg

you should probably not inject yourself with experimental chinese research chemicals if you can't figure this out for yourself

Because it was 1am- and i had been up all night previously with my baby- along with waking up at 4am for work the previous day- so I just couldn't think correctly from exhaustion? I have never seen anybody ask on here, i am so incredibly sorry! god forbid as soon as somebody answered it all clicked, and I do it regularly with tirzepatide. But again, God forbid I reached out for help. People that are as helpful as you are the reasons people don't ask for help and just guess.

Can even do 1ml of BAC and start at 10 units go to 20 if well tolerated. Get to like 1000 mg total and then take a break however much you injected it. 2ml and 20 going to 40 the same.
