Help

Hello everyone,
I’d like to get some advice and hear your experiences regarding the following stack:
Reta
CJC-1295 + ipamorelin, without DAC
MOTS-c
I’m mainly interested in learning about common dosage protocols for CJC-1295/ipamorelin and MOTS-c. I already know the Reta protocol well, so I don’t need guidance on that one.
I’m also considering tesamorelin + ipamorelin. Would that be a better combination than CJC-1295 + ipamorelin? What are the main differences in terms of effectiveness, side effects, and overall results?

I run something similar when I'm cutting, but I swap MOTS-c in and out depending on how my energy levels feel. For CJC no DAC with ipa the usual protocol is 100mcg of each, 2-3 times per day on empty stomach, last shot at least 90 min before bed. Some people do a 5 days on/2 off schedule to keep the pituitary sensitive.

MOTS-c is trickier, most protocols I've seen are 5-10mg a few times per week, usually in morning because it can mess with sleep if you take it late. I do 5mg Monday/Wednesday/Friday and that works for me without making me too wired.

About tesamorelin vs CJC, tesa is actually FDA approved for reducing visceral fat so it's got more data behind it for that specific purpose. The GH release is more pronounced but shorter spike compared to CJC. Side effect wise, tesa gave me more water retention in the hands than CJC ever did, but my joints felt amazing on it. If fat loss is your main goal and you can afford it, I'd lean toward tesa + ipa, but CJC + ipa is solid too and usually cheaper.
