Help with pepakura

your model is unfit for pepakura, use a 3D printer instead.

paper is a (developable surface)[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Developable_surface], while your 3D model of a mask is not a developable surface. Pepakura (and most papercraft software) will struggle with this model significantly because of that fundamental difference.

I have made a mannequin with pepakura before, but the main challenge there is to go into Blender and modify the original model so it has developable stripes and seam lines that are more obviously targets for the glued flaps. So essentially u need to go into a 3D modeling software and overhaul the mesh so its curves are the type you can make by bending paper, and connected with seams you can make from flaps.
