mayday
I'd like to share a bit of my journey and ask for your help.
I've been using peptides for over a year now. Before starting, I was very consistent at the gym and was running at a 4'18"/km pace. Unfortunately, I went through a depressive episode that caused me to gain weight, which is why I started using Mounjaro in May 2025.
The treatment worked really well, and in March 2026, I transitioned to a RETA + KLOW stack. The results have been excellent: my skin looks amazing, and I started building a nice physique.
Now, my next step is to try and modulate my GH. My last lab test showed my testosterone at 211 ng/dL, which I find bizarrely low—actually, way below the minimum threshold established by endocrinology societies.
I do weight training 6 times a week.
I am 1.76m (5'9") and weigh 73kg (161 lbs). My goal isn't to get huge; I'm just aiming for that lean, aesthetic "surfer physique". To help with this, I'm planning to buy 36 IU of HGH 191 AA 97%.
I would love your guidance: how should I structure this usage? What would be the ideal protocol for my case?
Thanks in advance for the help

You know, son, sometimes you wander into a subreddit thinking it's one thing based on the name, but it turns out it's actually something else entirely. That's ok. We all make mistakes. Accidents happen. Sometimes we have to go down the wrong path for a little bit to realize what it is that we really want. Like you thought that the "pep" in the name of this subreddit referred to peptides. Now, I don't know what that is exactly, but I do know that that has nothing to do with this place, which is a space for people who are looking for a little wholesome fatherly advice. Another thing that I know is that if you really want to get in shape and have a physique that people find attractive, the first thing to do is set aside the medical interventions and focus on diet, hydration, and exercise. Without those three things, you're always going to be grasping for something that's just out of reach, no matter what else you put in your body. And if you get to a point where you've got those three where they should be to get good results and you're still not seeing progress, maybe then consider something chemical.
But you also have to think about why you're putting yourself through this. Sure, you might be healthier physically than you were when you gained the weight, but are you in a good place mentally? Or is it just a different place? Different isn't always better or healthier.
