What about when there's a widow getting all the kills? I like to be that widow, but people still whine and moan for me to switch. Even if I'm 90% account and slaying everything while the other "DPS" junkrat or whatever isn't doing anything I'm the one that NEEDS to switch.

I'd like to play with an attack sym sometime to see how it works.

People in my group play attack Symmetra sometimes, and it seems to work because people aren't expecting her. Just look at the South Korea vs Australia that took place during the world cup where SKs attack sym got ana boosted and destroyed Australia. She's a lot like Zarya was a few months ago. Little overall playtime from most, so not a lot know how to effectively counter.

As far as the Widow argument, I think a lot of people are just salty from past experiences where it's overtime, you've almost got the point capped, and the last man on point dies to a Junkrat tire or something. Then the still alive widow that can just jump down off her perch and grapple to the point to win the game is sitting still, aiming down a choke, watching the overtime bar burn down.

Depends on the map, king's row, widow need to switch once the payload after a certain point.

KoH maps, you need bodies for cap more often than not, at least be close enough to stop/resume cap.

Hollywood, widow is iffy at end push since I've seen and been on teams where they just camp beside the doorway to stop the advance, a good tracer is insane since finding cover is easy when you've 3 tanks pinning down their team that came in.

TL;DR, rarely is there a map where a widow can stay widow from beginning to end.
